Striped Maple Hollow could rightly be described as folk, bluegrass, or old-time country - but the word that best describes them is Americana. The guys sing too, but it's the sweet harmonies of Jayna and Sonya that distinguish many of the band's songs. With changing acoustic instrumentation backed by bass, their sound is fresh yet familiar.
